On April 23, 2009, the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court in the High Court of Justice, British Virgin Islands (the “Supreme Court”) granted an order providing for the winding up of the Company subject to the supervision of the Supreme Court and appointed Mr. Christopher Stride of Krys & Associates (BVI) Ltd. as the Liquidator.

On September 6, 2010, the creditors of the Company passed the following resolutions:

1. THAT the resignation of Christopher Stride as liquidator be accepted.
2. THAT  Kenneth Krys and Joanna Lau be jointly appointed as Liquidators with immediate effect
